Q: Why did you want to become a chef?
A: Cooking is the ONE thing I am BEST at….it is my true passion! I started to cook as soon as I could reach the stove!

A: I love to be inspired by the seasons!
TopRecipe: Mitchell’s Mozzarella Salad
:: 1 Cup Cilliengene Mozzarella Balls
:: 1 Cup Grape Tomatoes – Whole
:: ¼ Cup Fresh Basil – Gently Chop
:: Drizzle Extra Virgin Olive Oil
:: Kosher Salt
:: Cracked Black Pepper
Toss together all ingredients in a bowl. Dress and serve cold! |
